Job Description
This full-time, onsite contract position is ideal for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking to work in a school-based setting. Located in Detroit, MI, the role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to middle school students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy to clients within a middle school environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and accurately record data to monitor client progress.
- Support students in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification/license.
- Experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued.
- Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
- Ability to successfully pass background checks and drug screening.
