Qualifications:

• Current RBT credential in good standing
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs
• Commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to pass background clearance requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBA supervisors
• Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students
• Collect and record data accurately to track student progress
• Communicate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families regarding student needs and progress
• Support classroom management and foster a positive, structured learning environment
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to discuss student goals and strategies
• Foster independence, social skills, and confidence in students with special needs
