Key qualifications and experience:

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans with children or adolescents in a school or clinic setting.

• Thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to fostering students confidence and independence.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Essential responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect, track, and summarize behavioral data for ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff to adjust strategies as needed.
• Support students in classroom routines and social skill development.
• Communicate progress and concerns clearly with educators, caregivers, and specialists.
• Participate in team meetings to review outcomes and discuss best practices.
