Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
- Previous experience working in school settings in Connecticut preferred
- Proven ability to implement behavioral interventions and work collaboratively with educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to elementary and/or middle school students
- Follow individualized behavior plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff
- Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior
- Support classroom teachers in implementing behavioral strategies
- Engage in regular communication with advisory staff and participate in ongoing training and supervision
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
