Desired Background and Skills:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and families
• Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs with fidelity
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with children and adolescents

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy and behavior intervention services to students according to individualized plans
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors to inform interventions
• Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educational teams, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with the development and implementation of positive behavioral support strategies within the classroom setting
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development throughout the academic year
