This full-time contract opportunity begins with the Extended School Year (ESY) and continues through the next school year, offering rewarding, consistent work supporting learners in one dedicated setting. Engage directly with students, educators, and support staff, utilizing your ABA skills to help students achieve their developmental and academic milestones.

Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will support students growth and help shape positive learning experiences. Youll have the chance to collaborate closely with teachers and behavior analysts while working exclusively within a single school, allowing for strong relationships with your students and team.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in a school environment or with children/adolescents preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to supporting the evolving needs of students within a transition program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of BCBAs and lead staff
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, modeling appropriate behaviors and facilitating skill acquisition
  • Collect ongoing data and document student progress
  • Foster a supportive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
