Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working with middle school-age children preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting student growth
- Experience in an educational or clinical setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavior intervention and support to middle school students
- Assist in implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and other staff
- Support an inclusive, positive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to achieve behavior goals
