Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with middle school-age children preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Ability to follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting student growth
• Experience in an educational or clinical setting is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior intervention and support to middle school students
• Assist in implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and other staff
• Support an inclusive, positive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to achieve behavior goals
