Sunbelt is partnering with a school district in the Cumberland, Rhode Island area that is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. This position is school-based and focused on supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.

Role Overview:
This RBT will work directly with students to support behavior goals, classroom participation, and daily routines. The role includes both 1:1 support and small group work within the school environment.

37.5 hours per week

On-site school-based role

What Youll Be Doing:
Implement behavior support plans under supervision
Support students in managing behaviors and staying engaged in the classroom
Work closely with teachers and school staff to reinforce goals
Provide consistent 1:1 and small group support

What Were Looking For:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience in schools, childcare, or behavioral settings preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to stay consistent with behavior plans
Someone patient, reliable, and team-oriented
