Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based interventions and behavior management strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Support teachers and staff in the classroom to ensure consistent intervention delivery
- Assist with creating and maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment
- Provide patient, empathetic, and proactive support to students with behavioral needs
- Participate in team meetings, communications, and professional development as needed
