Job Description

Looking for a school-based RBT position where you can work directly with one student and provide consistent, individualized behavioral support? Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an RBT for a full-time, 1:1 position with a middle school student in Crown Point, Indiana.

 ASAP End of School Year
Full-Time | 7:30 AM3:00 PM
Middle School | 1:1 Assignment

Position Highlights
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support for a male middle school student.
- Help implement behavioral strategies and interventions throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other members of the student's educational team.
- Maintain consistency and help the student successfully participate in the school environment.

Qualifications

- Current RBT certification required

-Male RBT needed for this assignment to support the students comfort and individual needs

-Experience supporting middle school students and/or students with behavioral needs preferred

-Strong communication, patience, and ability to collaborate with the students educational team
