Step into a rewarding school-based position where youll work closely with students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA Therapist. This contract opportunity offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) supporting students in a 1:1 setting, providing you with the chance to make a real impact on their growth and development throughout the academic yearand even beyond, with optional summer work available.

Qualified candidates are welcome, including those with expired or inactive RBT certification, as long as youre committed to obtaining a Rhode Island Temporary Authorization Certificate. Your experience and passion for helping students thrive are what matter most.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as an RBT, ABA Therapist, or in a related behavioral health role
• Willingness to work with students one-on-one in a school environment
• Active RBT certification preferred, but applicants with expired/inactive licenses are encouraged if ready to obtain a Rhode Island TA cert
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to fostering positive behavioral change and supporting students progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans under supervision
• Track and report student progress, adapting approaches as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student outcomes
• Maintain a supportive and structured environment for each assigned student
