Key Qualifications:

• Current and active RBT certification, registered with the BACB
• Experience working with children or adolescents, especially within a school setting
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Adaptable, patient, and resourceful approach within varied classroom environments
• Ability to maintain accurate data collection and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions to students according to individualized education or behavior plans
• Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and program progress
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and other school professionals
• Encourage positive social skills, promote independence, and reinforce desired behaviors
• Participate in meetings and trainings to support ongoing development and compliance
• Support a safe, respectful learning environment for all students
