Key Qualifications:
- Current and active RBT certification, registered with the BACB
- Experience working with children or adolescents, especially within a school setting
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Adaptable, patient, and resourceful approach within varied classroom environments
- Ability to maintain accurate data collection and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions to students according to individualized education or behavior plans
- Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and program progress
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and other school professionals
- Encourage positive social skills, promote independence, and reinforce desired behaviors
- Participate in meetings and trainings to support ongoing development and compliance
- Support a safe, respectful learning environment for all students
