Position Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based opportunities in the Corona, CA area. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals who enjoy working with students and are passionate about supporting their behavioral, social, communication, and academic development.
Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral and instructional support to students.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
Utilize ABA-based strategies and techniques.
Collect and document student behavioral and progress data.
Support students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs.
Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities.
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff.
Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Active RBT certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children or students preferred.
ABA or autism-related experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment.
