About the Opportunity

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school settings throughout the Corona, CA area.

This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with students, implementing behavioral strategies, and collaborating with teachers and clinical teams to help students succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Provide behavioral support to students in a school setting.
  • Work with students in 1:1 or classroom environments.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under appropriate clinical supervision.
  • Collect and document behavioral and student progress data.
  • Use ABA-based strategies to support communication, social, academic, and behavioral goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, school staff, and families.
  • Support students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs.
  • Assist with daily classroom activities and student routines as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children or students with behavioral/developmental needs preferred.
  • ABA experience preferred.
  • School-based experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an active school environment.
