Job Description

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience providing 1:1 behavioral support in a school or youth-centered setting preferred
  • Familiarity with working across a range of grade levels, from elementary to high school
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and educational teams
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and track student progress
  • Comfort adapting strategies to fit the individual needs of diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support and guidance in the classroom and school environment
  • Implement ABA-based interventions and collect data according to student plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support for students
  • Assist in developing individualized strategies to enhance student success and independence
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports
  • Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for all students
