Schedule: Monday Friday

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Compton area for the 20262027 school year. In this role, you will work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and support skill development in a structured school environment.

Travel Opportunity:
This position includes paid housing and daily meal stipends for qualified travel candidates.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.

Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students.

Track and record data on student progress and behaviors.

Use positive reinforcement and ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.

Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Collaborate with school staff and participate in team meetings.

Maintain RBT certification requirements, including supervision hours.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience working with individuals with autism or behavioral needs preferred.

Strong data collection and organizational skills.

Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset.
