Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting near Columbus, OH. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with students and a multidisciplinary team throughout the 20262027 school year.
Position Highlights:
- Columbus, OH area
- Full-time, contracted position
- MondayFriday schedule
- 32.5 hours per week
- K8 students
- Immediate start available
- School-based environment
What Youll Do:
- Provide individualized behavioral and educational support to students
- Follow behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies
- Collect data and maintain accurate documentation
- Help students develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Work alongside teachers, BCBAs, and other school professionals
- Promote a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment
Requirements:
- Current RBT certification
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students
