- Ability to document progress and follow treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Role Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
- Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed.
- Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and related service providers.
- Participate in team meetings to review students progress and recommend adjustments.
- Support classrooms in creating positive, structured environments conducive to learning.
- Encourage student independence by using reinforcement strategies and evidence-based interventions.
