Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or youth in educational settings preferred
- Comfortable providing behavior intervention and implementing treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable, with excellent organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analysis services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support students by implementing individualized plans and interventions
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Assist with classroom management and integration of behavioral supports
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training/professional development
