Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Opportunity
Near Fountain, Colorado | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for multiple full-time school-based opportunities near Fountain, Colorado, just outside of Colorado Springs. These positions offer the chance to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school setting while supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

- Caseload: School-based student support services
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA or supervising clinician
- Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support services
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and session notes
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel
- Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
