Key Qualifications:

• Active, current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention plans
• Comfortable working onsite each day during school hours
• Ability to gather and accurately document behavioral data

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and manage detailed information and behavioral data as part of ongoing assessments
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and staff to support individualized student goals
• Participate in IEP and team meetings as needed to share progress and insights
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure all interventions are administered in compliance with ethical and professional standards

This contract role offers consistent full-time hours (37.5 per week) aligned with the academic calendar. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 27, 2027.
