Job Description

Make a positive impact by supporting a 5th-grade student as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a short-term contract. Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, but those with strong ABA therapy experience are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience working with elementary-age students, especially in a school setting
  • Comfortable providing 1:1 behavioral support and following individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping children succeed
  • Ability to commit to a 6-week short-term assignment for up to 10 hours weekly

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions for a 5th grade student under the guidance of a supervising BCBA or special education team
  • Implement individualized behavioral strategies, monitor progress, and collect data
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to foster student success
  • Adapt approaches based on the students needs and program goals
  • Maintain professional documentation and communication as required
