This contract position is ideal for individuals with expertise as a BCBA, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and offers the opportunity to work onsite near Clifton Park, NY. In this role, you'll provide direct, individualized ABA services in a supportive school environment, helping a student achieve their academic and behavioral goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Current NY credentials as a BCBA, ABA Therapist, or RBT
- Experience delivering behavior analysis services in school settings highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and education teams
- Ability to independently manage sessions and maintain accurate documentation
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis interventions for a 5th-grade student
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral support plans
- Collect and document data on student progress and participation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to support consistency and goal achievement
- Adapt strategies and interventions to meet the unique needs of the student
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to progress meetings as needed
