In this position, youll be working five days a week, 37.5 hours per week, focusing on implementing behavior intervention plans and fostering an inclusive educational environment. Your skills will help bridge communication gaps and empower this student to maximize their learning potential.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) license required
  • Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Experience working with young children or in a school environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and dedication to individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and behavior support
  • Utilize ASL to facilitate communication and understanding
  • Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and family members
  • Document progress, update plans, and adapt strategies as needed
  • Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere conducive to growth and learning
