Job Description

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed to support elementary-aged students in a school setting located in Claremont, NH. This full-time contract role offers 32.5 hours per week during the continuous school year (CSY), providing valuable behavioral support in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with educators and staff to support student needs

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Ability to follow behavior plans and collect data accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
