Job Description

You'll enjoy a steady weekday schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., helping students achieve success in their daily routines and learning activities.

What You'll Need:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Para certification
  • At least two years of experience as an RBT in a school-based role
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, individualized behavioral support
  • Experience with elementary-age children (K4 preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under the guidance of a supervising BCBA
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to help students achieve IEP goals
  • Document session data and maintain organized records
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere in a single elementary school building, focusing attention and expertise on one caseload
  • Adapt strategies to meet individual students needs, ensuring progress and engagement
  • Adhere to daily schedule including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks

This contract position runs through June 12, 2027, providing continuity and the chance to build meaningful relationships with staff and students. Serving on a single K-4 campus allows you to focus your expertise and witness direct results of your work.
