Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans with accuracy and compassion
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, teachers, and families
  • Adaptable, patient, and able to thrive within a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record precise data on student progress and behaviors
  • Support instructional staff with behavior management strategies within the classroom
  • Participate in team meetings regarding student goals and strategies
  • Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning atmosphere for students with a range of behavioral needs
  • Adapt to changing daily routines and student requirements as part of a flexible collaborative team
