Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in educational environments
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods

- Background check and compliance with school requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral interventions and support to students, following individualized education and behavior plans developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Accurately document sessions and maintain thorough records for ongoing progress monitoring
- Implement positive reinforcement strategies to encourage academic and social growth
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure consistency across environments
- Assist in creating supportive classroom routines and structures that foster inclusive learning
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and trainings as needed
