Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide classroom and behavioral support for students in a school setting. This role involves delivering both academic and behavioral support, including implementing behavior plans to help students succeed both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group student support
Implement behavior intervention plans and ABA strategies
Support students with autism and behavioral needs
Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Qualifications:
Active RBT Certification required
Willingness to obtain a Teacher Assistant (TA) license required
Experience working with children with ASD and behavioral needs preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to support both academic and behavioral goals
Position Details:
Location: Central Falls, RI
Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $37.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
