Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience providing behavioral support in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with working alongside students in Grades K-12
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable to changing school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral interventions for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Collect and accurately document data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to meet student goals
• Support positive classroom environments by modeling appropriate strategies and reinforcing goals
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as needed
