Desired qualifications and experience:
Valid RBT certification and good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with students, teachers, and families
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Role responsibilities include:
Implementing lesson plans and behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collecting data on student behaviors, recording progress, and reporting findings
Supporting classroom management alongside educational staff
Collaborating with other professionals to develop individualized strategies
Providing compassionate, one-on-one support to help students meet behavioral and academic goals
Ensuring all interventions are consistent with prescribed plans and maintaining confidentiality
