As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a critical part in fostering each student's intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth. This full-time contract opportunity offers 32.5 hours per week, with workdays scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. depending on the school's needs. This position begins ASAP and runs for 812 weeks, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys making a direct impact in an educational setting.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working in schools or with children and adolescents preferred
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect relevant data
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Adaptability to diverse learning environments and commitment to student well-being
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
- Collect, record, and report behavioral data
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
