This full-time role is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by providing individualized support for one elementary student with autism in a sub-separate classroom setting. Key Qualifications:

• Active certification as an ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working within elementary school settings preferred
• Passion for supporting students with autism in 1:1 settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a sub-separate classroom setting and collaborate with educators and other specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized behavioral interventions and support to an elementary student with autism
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and behavior specialists
• Collect and document data on student behavior and progress
• Participate in team meetings and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
