Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RBT certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Previous experience working with children or youth, ideally in a school or clinical environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Proficiency in following behavioral data collection procedures and documenting progress
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans as developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group support for students, helping with skill development, self-management, and positive behaviors
  • Accurately track student progress and collect data to guide future interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams to discuss strategies and interventions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
