Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Burnsville, MN

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, on-site position in Burnsville, MN. This role supports students in a school-based setting and offers the opportunity to work across age groups.

Job Details:

Location: Burnsville, MN
Schedule: 35 hours/week, MondayFriday
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 4, 2026
Openings: 1 (potential for 2)
Setting: On-site only

Position Details:

Caseload includes elementary students, with potential need at the high school level
Provide behavioral support and implement behavior intervention plans
Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure student success
Support student engagement, safety, and daily functioning

Requirements:

Active RBT certification (required must provide proof)
Previous school-based or ABA experience preferred

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.00 to $35.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
