Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification and good standing with the BACB
  • Previous experience working with children or students, preferably in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow individualized education and behavior plans
  • Respectful, patient, and compassionate approach to working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Assist in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Accurately collect, record, and report data related to student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
  • Help maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment
  • Adapt strategies to meet each students unique needs
