Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification and good standing with the BACB
- Previous experience working with children or students, preferably in educational or clinical settings
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow individualized education and behavior plans
- Respectful, patient, and compassionate approach to working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Accurately collect, record, and report data related to student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
- Help maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Adapt strategies to meet each students unique needs
