Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working in Connecticut schools strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting elementary and/or middle school students with behavioral needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and flexible approach to student support
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of supervising clinicians
- Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and program outcomes
- Assist students in reaching their academic, social, and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent care
- Participate in advisory sessions for professional growth and support
- Adapt interventions to fit individual student needs in both group and one-on-one settings
