Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working in Connecticut schools strongly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting elementary and/or middle school students with behavioral needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, compassionate, and flexible approach to student support

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of supervising clinicians
  • Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and program outcomes
  • Assist students in reaching their academic, social, and behavioral goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent care
  • Participate in advisory sessions for professional growth and support
  • Adapt interventions to fit individual student needs in both group and one-on-one settings
