This full-time position as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) offers an exciting opportunity to work within a K-12 school environment in Bridgeport, CT. With a caseload serving students across all grade levels, this role allows you to apply your skills in behavior analysis and support in a dynamic educational setting. This contract position runs through the school year and provides consistent weekly hours at 32.5 per week, fostering a balanced work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student growth.
- Assist in developing and modifying behavior plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain professional conduct and documentation in compliance with ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred.
