A fulfilling opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician in the Greater Boston, area, providing 1:1 support to K-12 students. This full-time contract role offers a consistent schedule across five days per week, providing stability along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the students daily school experience.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Registered Behavior Technician license
- ABA trained
- CPI Training (Preferred)
- Experience working in the school setting - preferably middle school
- Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent 1:1 support to K-12 Students
- Support the student throughout the school day by promoting on-task behavior, engagement with instruction, and appropriate behavior in the classroom, including the management of challenging behaviors as needed.
- Maintain a supportive and structured environment while documenting student progress as required
Location:
- Based in the grater Boston, MA area, within a collaborative and supportive school setting

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $40.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
