Qualifications:
- Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (MA licensure required)
- Experience working with high school-aged individuals preferred
- Comfortable managing behavior support plans in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to a high school student
- Implement individualized program plans under BCBA supervision
- Accurately record and report behavioral data and student progress
- Adjust strategies based on ongoing feedback and team input
- Engage in regular communication with teachers and parents
- Support classroom routines and lesson participation
