This flexible contract role allows you to directly support and encourage a child's educational and behavioral growth, partnering closely with school staff in a nurturing environment. Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active RBT credential
- Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
- Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills with students and colleagues
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral intervention to an elementary student
- Implement individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff
- Maintain detailed records and timely reporting
