• Track and document students progress systematically and accurately.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups, assisting students in reaching academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• Provide feedback to team members and participate in IEP, parent, or staff meetings as needed.
• Help foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere where every student can thrive.
• Adapt methods to meet the evolving needs of students and support their independence.
