Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection

What Youll Do:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect accurate data on student behaviors and progress toward goals
  • Assist teachers and staff in using positive behavior supports within classroom settings
  • Provide direct, one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings as needed
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
  • Foster a supportive learning space that encourages student independence and confidence
