Guide a caseload of students under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring that individualized treatment plans are followed and goals are met.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Previous experience working with children or in school settings preferred
• Ability to collect data methodically and communicate effectively
• Collaborative team player, with flexibility and adaptability
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and encouraging learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Directly implement ABA-based interventions for assigned students
• Accurately record data on student progress and report findings
• Support IEP goals and behavioral objectives alongside educators and therapists
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and updates
• Promote positive behavior and independence for students
• Engage with families, caregivers, and school professionals as appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
