Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged students, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
  • Ability to collect data accurately and implement behavior intervention plans as directed
  • Excellent communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude
  • Reliable, organized, and adaptable in various classroom situations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies and support plans
  • Collect and maintain precise data on student progress and behavioral responses

  • Provide feedback and observations to team members to enhance overall student outcomes
  • Foster a positive and proactive learning atmosphere for all students
