Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly within educational settings
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Strong organizational, communication, and observational skills
• Compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other professionals to adapt strategies and approaches as needed
• Support the development of social, academic, and emotional skills for students
• Participate in required training and ongoing professional development sessions
• Communicate regularly and transparently with stakeholders regarding student progress and observed challenges
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students
