Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, preferably within schools or pediatric settings
  • Proficient with behavior intervention strategies and data collection
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and families
  • Patient, compassionate, and committed to fostering a positive environment for students
  • Adaptable approach to meet the unique needs of diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Accurately track and document student progress, maintaining thorough records in compliance with school policies
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Support classroom teachers and staff with behavior management strategies and reinforcement techniques
  • Foster a supportive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates student engagement and achievement
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
