Job Description

Step into a meaningful contract role working onsite as a Registered Behavior Technician in a supportive educational setting near Berkeley, CA for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) national certification
  • Previous experience working with high school students is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student behavior strategies
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
