Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 20262027 academic year and summer session. This onsite, school-based contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with students and staff, fostering positive behavioral outcomes at the elementary level.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Demonstrated school-based RBT experience
• Strong background working with pediatric or elementary-aged students
• Ability to work full-time onsite throughout the current and upcoming school years, including the summer session
• Reliable transportation for daily attendance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior intervention services to students under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and document student data accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and BCBA to implement individual behavior plans
• Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding student progress and behavioral goals
• Participate in professional development days, in-service training, and maintain required documentation throughout the school year and summer program
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth
