Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or similar setting
- Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with teachers, staff, parents, and students
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Commitment to professional conduct, confidentiality, and compassion
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement positive behavioral supports
- Track and document behavioral observations and report findings to supervising staff
- Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth through reinforcement strategies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for developing behavior management plans
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment to support student success
